포장이 대세가 되면서 주변에 횟집이 많이 생겼는데 주로 활어회고 선어 혹은 숙성회를 하는 곳은 많지가 않죠. 파주 운정에서 숙성회로 가장 유명한 청수산입니다. 이곳은 원래 매장이 크지 않아 예약이 필수인데 요즘같은 시기에는 주로 포장일수 밖에 없죠.
