누군 대한민국 최고의 막국수로 손을 꼽지만 면이 상당히 아쉽습니다. 메밀함량이 높아지면 툭툭 끊어지는 순면스타일을 몰라서도 아니고 여러 첨가물로 쫄깃하게 만드는 걸 몰라서도 아닙니다만 전반적인 육수나 밑반찬의 수준에 비해 면의 만족도가 꽤 떨어지네요. 이래서는 긴 대기줄의 가치가 없죠.
