어느날 문득 방문해보니 문이 닫혀있어 놀랐는데 대흥동으로 옮겨 새로 오픈했더군요. 검색해보니 꽤 한국화된 오마카세로 꽤 유명해져 있었고 명칭도 믿고맡김이란 따뜻한 이름을 붙였더군요. 원래 음식에 대해 진지하고 연구를 많이하는 세프라서 잘 될줄 알았습니다.
