생각보다 진한 육수라서 좀 탁한 맛이었고 면은 순면계열의 툭 끊어지는 식감이더군요. 한 지역의 강자로 자리하기에는 충분해도 정상이라 말하기는 좀 그렇습니다. 특히나 전 냉면이면 냉면 면발이어야 한다는 쪽으로 순면스타일을 안좋아하거든요.
