냉면에 젓갈을 넣는게 백령도식인줄 알았는데 황해도식으로도 부르는군요. 육수에 젓갈을 넣는건지 아니면 젓갈베이스인지 정확히는 모르겠고 또 원래 명칭이 뭔지도 모르겠으나 그게 뭐든 맛있으면 그만이죠.
