개인적으로는 진주냉면을 아주 좋아하는 편은 아니라서(육전보다는 편육을 훨씬 좋아해서 일지도요) 생기자마다 달려가지 않는 점도 있지만 전반적인 평가로도 높은 점수를 주기는 어려웠습니다. 그나마 전반적인 맛에 비해 면의 완성도는 괜찮았으나 그것도 조금 더 잘 헹궈졌으면 하는 아쉬움도 있었습니다.
