거제도에서 돌아오는 길이라 이른 점심을 먹었음에도 궁금함에 들렀기때문에 어느 정도 배가 불러있었지만 맛이 좋았습니다. 단 진주냉면의 특성상 육전이 들어가기때문에 기름기가 있어 보통은 미지근한 육수로 나오는데 날이 더워서인지 아니면 그렇게 정한것인지 모르겠으나 살얼음 육수로 인해 느끼함이 꽤 남습니다. (이걸 거냉이라 부르더군요)
