소문대로 진한 국물이 좋았고 더 비싼 바지락 칼국수는 오히려 국물이 탁했습니다. 기본이 제일! 마치 망원시장의 홍두깨칼국수가 생각나는 맛이 었습니다. 다만 반죽을 더 많이 접어 면의 길이가 좀 더 길었으면 좋았을텐데 짧은 면이 많이 툭툭 끊어졌다는 느낌은 약점으로 남습니다.
