실내포차가 문을 닫은 후 옆의 GS25가 정리 세일을 하고 한구석의 사무실까지 헐더니 공사를 시작했습니다 . 어느 정도 완성된 후 업종을 물으니 카페라더군요. 이 건물 자체가 매물로 나온적이 있어 검색해보니 이미 매매가 되었습니다. 워낙 부동산 경기가 안 좋기는 하지만 갑자기 꽤 낮은 가격에 매매되었는데 단순 손바뀜인지 아니면 다른 이유인지는 모르겠습니다.
