원래 수제소세지의 원조는 홍대 정문앞의 한스 소세지입니다. 여기가 워낙 잘되다 보니 구)린나이 건물옆 동교동 삼거리에 생긴게 소세지하우스였죠. 이후 한스소세지가 문을 닫고 소세지 하우스도 몇번의 이전을 거쳐 이곳 덕양구 향동동에 자리잡았습니다. (여긴 매장내 취식은 안되는 포장 전문입니다. ) 워낙 오랜 세월이 지나다보니 소세지하우스도 원조 중의 원조에 들어갔죠.
