워낙 유명하니 구구절절한 설명은 필요없고 이 집의 장점은 한결같음입니다. 국수의 삶음이 늘 한결같고 양도 한결같습니다. 그동안의 재료비 및 인건비 인상으로 모든 음식점들이 가격을 많이 올리거나 양을 줄이는것에 반해 이곳은 질적으로는 똑같고 가격도 적절합니다. 말이 쉽지 현실적으로는 참 어려운 결정일텐데요. (비빔과 냉콩국수는 작년에 비해 천원 올랐습니다. 그래도 잔치 6천원은 보기 힘든 가격입니다. 저곳의 유명세를 감안하면 더 그렇죠.)
